Robbie Samuels is a TEDx speaker, Harvard Business Review contributor, and author of four books, including Launch Your Book: An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Reviews and Driving Revenue. He helps clients like Lois Kramer land bulk book deals and speaking gigs.
Writing the book looks like the biggest task and hurdle to overcome.
While books have been labeled as outdated, a thing of the past, no longer relevant in the information age, anybody who wants to tell a story, show credibility, recall events, or get credibility is doing it, at least in some part, by writing a book.
So, no, books are not out, and they probably never will be. Will more transition to Kindle, and audiobooks, and maybe in the Age of Sustainable Abundance, our robots will read them to us in multiple character voices perfectly.
Books are here to stay.

By the way, although education through raw experience beats theory, I always wished I had a mentor when I started in the investing game. I had a lot of trial and error just to connect with the right providers or partners that I know now.
